In My Holistic Heart, you will be able to store your own risk profile as well as those you have created for others. You will also be able to store old profiles and compare with updated profiles.
 
Creating a Holistic Heart Health personal profile is simple to do and can be completed in just three simple steps. First, select your user name, second select your password, finally fill in the following brief questionnaire* and click on complete when finished.  
User Name:
Please select a user name that you will use when you log in. This will be unique to you and should be something you can remember easily. This user name should be a minimum of 6 characters.		  
   
Password:
Your password should be something you can also remember easily and should be at least 6 characters. Please enter it twice to confirm it is correct.
