specialists to serve those interested in improving heart health through
the use of a holistic approach coupled with traditional medicine.
Thousands of hours and years of experience have gone into the research

Dr. Almquist is a clinical cardiac electrophysiologist with Minneapolis Cardiology Associates at the Minneapolis Heart Institute. He is the director of their pacemaker department. Dr. Almquist has been at the Minneapolis Heart Institute for over a decade and has been in practice for more than 20 years. He is also an instructor for the cardiovascular division, department of medicine at the University of Minnesota. He received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and has particular research interests in pacemaker and ICD clinical trials, the use of antiarrhythmics versus ICDs and the implementation of holistic therapies for improved cardiac patient outcomes. |

David G. Hurrell, MD |

Dr. Hurrell is a senior consulting cardiologist with Minneapolis Cardiology Associates at the Minneapolis Heart Institute. There, he is the co-director of nuclear cardiology. He received his medical degree from Mayo Medical School. Dr. Hurrell performed his fellowship at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine and his internship/residency at Beth Israel Hospital at the Harvard Medical School. He is also an instructor for the cardiovascular division, department of medicine at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Hurrell has had over 25 articles and abstracts published in the medical literature. He serves on the cardiovascular integrative therapies steering committee of Abbott Northwestern Hospital with the Minneapolis Heart Institute. |

Dr. Kshettry is a cardiovascular, thoracic and transplant surgeon with Minneapolis Cardio-Thoracic Surgical Consultants at the Minneapolis Heart Institute. He is the director of their cardiovascular integrated health services. Prior to this he held several academic positions at the University of Minnesota Medical School, including assistant professor of surgery; director, circulatory assist program; and surgical director, lung and heart-lung transplantation program. He received his medical degree in India and performed his residency in the U.K. and the U.S. Dr. Kshettry has been involved in over 20 research projects, written more than 100 articles, abstracts and book chapters, and has been featured in seven educational surgical videotapes. |

that you provide to us, when you create your My Holistic Heart file,
when you take the risk assessment Holistic Heart Profile and when
you use certain HHH services. Once you become a member with HHH
and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

A variety of health related questions need to be answered in order
to provide a useful assessment (some are required, some are not).
The more information you volunteer (and the more accurate it is),
the better we are able to customize your experience. See the risk

The only personally identifiable information HHH obtains about individual
visitors to its Web site is that supplied voluntarily by visitors.
In cases when HHH may need personal information to provide visitors
with customized content or to inform them about new features or
services, visitors are explicitly asked for that information.
